Take a trip to one of the most beautiful wonders of the world in Granada - La Alhambra Palaces (including the Nasrid Palaces) and Generalife gardens with local pick up in Almeria province (from Mojacar and all surrounding areas, as well as port transfers from cruise ships) to transport you. Private, small group tour includes all entrances, lunch and door-to-door transport from where you are.

Granada is home to the incomparable Alhambra Palaces manifesting the clash of Moor and Christian culture reflected in the architecture and describing a complex tension which led to this historic monument and grounds being restored over time, with some parts dating from the 13th century.
It is possible to travel from Almeria to this unique, historic site, but you should be aware it can be up to a 2.5 hour journey to and from the Alhambra (depending on your starting point), giving a 5 hour return journey. From the port it is under 2 hours each way. However, most will say that it is more than worth the travel time.
Please also be aware that the Nasrid Palaces need to be booked sometime in advance for a suitable time slot (in the summer months, sometimes up to eight weeks in advance)
We offer the trip on request only from most locations within Almeria province and are also available to take private shore excursions from cruise ships docking at Almeria port who do not wish to take a ship's tour.
We will transport you from where you are in the province, whether in the capital city, at Almeria port for cruise ship arrivals, Almeria airport or near the holiday resort of Mojacar and all surrounding areas.
Our trip includes our own British guide at all times (fluent in Spanish), from door-to-door (a private guide for within the Alhambra can be requested - only accredited guides can take you within the walls of the monument). A mini-tour of the city of Granada in the train which can enter the narrowest of thoroughfares within the famous Albaicin pebbled streets (time permitting). We lunch in Granada where you can taste all the local flavours and specialities, in a never to be forgotten atmosphere. All refreshments are included for the day. No hidden extras.
Full day trip includes all inclusive restaurant lunch (with wine, beer, water and coffee), transport, entrances and British guide (with fluent Spanish) and accredited private guide within the Ahambra. Price per person depends on party size (from two people upwards) from €242 (Euro) per person. This price includes a private Alhambra accredited guide within the Alhambra Nasrid Palaces (max 6 people). Pick-up points from Almeria city, Almeria port (shore excursion), Sorbas, Los Gallardos, Mojacar, Turre, Vera and Albox motorway turn-off and surrounding areas from around 08.00 in the morning and return at around 18.00-20.00 depending on requirement.
